"Unfortunately after payment I could not get a response to a mistake that we wanted the tracker devices. We will have to now search for a new broker again. Customer care is our number one priority. After two calls and three emails the non response and hurried rudeness on the phone with the trackers not removed off our policy is not acceptable. Its too bad. So far so good. We switched due to not good customer care and lack of knowledge. The beginning has been working and we assume it will not change. Listening is important and answering questions. Recommend David Perkins’ broker services."
